Product information

We will make every effort to supply accurate descriptions (written or photographic) of the products we design and sell. Some descriptions are by nature ‘generic’ eg – pearls can be natural, cultured, freshwater etc. The term ‘silk flowers’ is a generic term used to describe artificially made flowers and foliage which can be made from a variety of different materials.

We are always happy to answer any questions you might have about our products.

We understand that you may wish to purchase more than one product with a view to ‘trying on’ before you commit to the item – we ask that you limit this to no more than three items. Arrangements for returning items are covered in our returns policy.

We will always contact you (via the email address you have supplied) when we receive your order.

All designs of hand made and couture items belong to Higginsandco Bridal UK and may not be copied.

Photographs of items on our web site may not be copied or shared in order to be used to advertise any business or enterprise other than Higginsandco Bridal UK excepting with our permission.
