Delivery & Returns

We understand that you may wish to return items. In line with The Distance Selling Regulations published by the Office of Fair Trading – you have a right to cancel the purchase of/return goods without giving a reason within 14 days of purchase. The 14 days will begin after you have taken delivery of goods.

If you are in possession of goods you are under a duty to take responsible care of them. We will make every effort to package goods so that they arrive in good order – in the event that they are damaged when they arrive you should inform us immediately so that we can help you with this. If you wish to return goods – please package them with care so that they reach us in good condition. Please return items using a tracked service and in their original state – unworn and with all packaging. Items returned must be returned at your own cost (unless the item was sent to you in error or was received damaged) We reserve the right to make a charge not exceeding our direct costs of recovering the goods if they are returned at our expense.

Once you notify us that you wish to cancel your purchase and/or return goods – we will make a refund to you as soon as possible. This will be in no less than 30 days after the transaction is cancelled – or after we have received the returned goods. We will make the refund to the method used to make payment (eg debit/credit card) Please do contact us and speak to us if there is any reason for returning goods so we can help you with this and so that we can make a refund to you as quickly as possible.

Goods made to your specification which we believe we will not be able to re-sell (we will discuss this with you when taking orders for couture / bespoke items).

Your statutory rights are not affected.
